Rate Information and Rental Policies

For the summer of 2011, the weekly rate has been reduced to $2150 for 6 nights or $2300 for 7 nights (lower than 2010). We will only rent for five rental periods, usually Sunday to Saturday or Saturday to Saturday. Our minimum rent is $1,750 (usually for 5 nights).

We prefer Sunday to Saturday rentals in the summer (but ask about other dates)
The maximum is 6 guests (including children and visitors)
A $500 reservation deposit (per week) will be required within five days of booking to confirm a reservation, with full payment due at least 30 days prior to beginning of stay
Taxes are included in the rental rates
Notice of Cancellation must be received more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date to obtain a refund less a $100 (per week) service fee. The entire deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrival. The final payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is within 30 days of the scheduled arrival.
A $500 security deposit is required and is refunded following departure. Guests are responsible for and charged for any damage to our cabin and the association property and for violating the rules.
Renters must complete a rental agreement form and abide by all association rules
To ensure the comfort of other guests, our cabin has been designated as non-smoking. Smoking is also not allowed in any of the common areas.
Sorry, no pets are allowed
Unfortunately, our cabin and the waterfront areas are not wheelchair accessible (guests must be able to walk up and down stairs)
No dock space is available at our location but there are daily boat rental and docking companies nearby

Enjoy a beautiful view of Lake George while staying in our private three bedroom Adirondack cabin. We purchased the cabin in 2006 and completely updated and redecorated it. The exterior was redone in 2009 and looks great.

Our cabin is part of a small association that shares common swimming and recreational areas. There are children's play areas with swings and toys, a campfire area with an incredible view overlooking the lake, the waterfront swimming & play area, and a large sun deck that includes chaise lounges, new patio tables and chairs with umbrellas.
