Rental Information

Our management service is conveniently located directly across the street from our Sand Castle II and III condos and is only two miles from our Beach Palms condo (on the same road), making check-in and check-out very fast and easy. Rental policies:

We normally only accept Saturday to Saturday rentals
The maximum is 6 guests at each of our condos
High speed Internet access is available for about $30 per week
A $300 reservation deposit (per week) will be required within five days of booking to confirm a reservation with full payment due at least 30 days prior to beginning of stay
A fee of $120 plus 12% tax per stay will be charged for linens, cleaning, and room preparation services. This is not included in the stated rates.
A state and county tax of 12% will be added to the rental fee
Notice of Cancellation must be received more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date to obtain a refund less a $50 (per week) service fee. The entire deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrival. The final payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
Major credit card is required for security deposit
To ensure the comfort of other guests, our condos have been designated as non-smoking units
