Rental Information

Our management service is conveniently located directly across the street from our Sand Castle II condo, making check-in and check-out very fast and easy. Rental policies:

We normally only accept Saturday to Saturday rentals but will consider 4+ night stays
The maximum is 6 guests at our condo (including children)
High speed Internet access is available for about $30 per week
A $300 reservation deposit (per week) will be required within five days of booking to confirm a reservation, with full payment due at least 30 days prior to beginning of stay
A fee of $125 plus 12% tax per stay will be charged for linens, cleaning, and room preparation services. This is not included in the stated rates. (Beach towels and beach blankets are not provided.)
A state and county tax of 12% will be added to the rent & linens fee
Notice of Cancellation must be received more than 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date to obtain a refund less a $100 (per week) service fee. The entire deposit is non-refundable for cancellations within 60 days of scheduled arrival. The final payment is non-refundable if the cancellation is within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date.
Major credit card is required for security deposit when you check in
To ensure the comfort of other guests, our condo has been designated as a non-smoking unit
